San Lorenzo Village Homes Association

Applications for Exceptions to CC&Rs


The San Lorenzo Village Homes Association enforces the covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs) on the deeds of most properties within San Lorenzo Village (see historical enforcement statistics). Homeowners whose properties are subject to these CC&Rs must seek permission of the association if they wish to do something to their property that is not consistent with the CC&Rs as interpreted and enforced by the association board of directors or that requires board approval (second-story addition, exterior color choice, etc.). In addition, homeowners seeking variances from county zoning rules must first get a recommendation from the association board.

Applications for variances are discussed by the association board at its monthly work session preceding the regular association meeting (times of the work sessions vary). A decision in each case is announced at the public meeting of the board that evening.
