After 13 years, the San Lorenzo Village Homeowners Association now refuses to give us electronic copies of monthly meetings that can be posted here in small, quick-loading files for easy access by association members and the public. We first decided to publish the association's minutes, as well as other records, on the Express website because the association made no effort to make these records available on the Web. Today the posting of minutes on the association's website is undependable and not timely. (April 2, 2010) |
