SAN LORENZO VILLAGE HOMES ASSOCIATION
MEETING NO. 1249

June 28, 2011


1.1 CALL TO ORDER - The regular meeting of the San Lorenzo Village Homes Association Board of Directors was held Tuesday, June 28, 2011 President Art Wydler called the meeting to order at 6:09 PM.

1.2 SALUTE TO THE FLAG – President Art Wydler led the Board and the audience in the pledge of allegiance.

1.3 ROLL CALL – Directors, Art Wydler, Diane Wydler and Wulf Bieschke were present, Director Wright was absent.

2.0 LIENS AND VIOLATIONS REPORT -- None.

3.0 HEARINGS AND VARIANCE RESULTS -- Wulf Bieschke moved to accept, Diane Wydler second. All in favor.

15756 PASEO DEL CAMPO - Multiple Violations. All violations cleared, but asking owner to remove items in front of garage and to edge around front yard tree.
15885 HESPERIAN - Yard Maintenance. Fining owner and may refer to collections.
15874 VIA PARO - Multiple Violations - 6 pm appt. Fine Review - Owner's fine was waived and his account brought up current for assessments, all violations cleared.
17020 VIA PERDIDO - Yard Maintenance. Owner came before board, has a gardener now and all violations have been cleared, will be watching lawn maintenance for the next 60-90 days.
1133 VIA DOLOROSA - General Maintenance of Property. Owner submitted plans for roof repair, will monitor and revisit if needed.
1390 VIA CORALLA - General Maintenance of Property. Most violations have been cleared, asking owner to store garbage cans behind fence.
17376 VIA CHIQUITA - Multiple Violations. Owner had contacted Association. Board to revisit in 30 days, asking owner to provide registration for truck and remove all bricks/debris in front garden area.
17384 VIA CHIQUITA - Multiple Violations. Fine and refer to collections if needed.
1740 VIA MESA - Yard Maintenance. Lawn mowed; asking owner to take care of weeds that are still present in garden area and revisit in 30 days.
16136 VIA MILOS - General Maintenance of Property - Fine Review. Owner's fine was reduced, owner asked to keep in compliance, all violations cleared.
16027 VIA CATHERINE - Yard Maintenance. Revisit in 30 days, homeowner was clearing debris from yard and had mowed lawn.
15763 VIA SORRENTO - General Maintenance of Property. Fine and refer to collections if needed.

Variances

15920 Via Alamitos - Driveway Extension, already completed without plan submittal. Per staff no longer requires a variance as they are removing the concrete.
1925 Keller Ave - Back yard shed with 2.6´setback to back yard property line. Approved.
16139 VIA ARRIBA - Garage Addition. Approved.

Director Diane Wydler makes motion to approve the hearing and variances, Director Bieschke seconds, the motion carries unanimously.

4.0 ADJOURNMENT - President Art Wydler adjourned the meeting at 6:16 PM.
