Meeting Called to Order: 7:05 p.m. by Chair Travis Thoms

Vice Chair Position: Mr. Thoms recommended a vice-chair be named. Roberta Furger's name was suggested (and she agreed prior to the close of the meeting).

Vision Plan: Discussion on the plan continued. At the conclusion of comments, Ms. Furger agreed to transform the information in brochure format. (See Attached Draft 2/17/99)

Attendance at Meetings: Chair Thoms indicated that he doesn't want to deal with what an excused absence or unexcused absence is for members. Thus, he is recommending changing the charter to state the following:

1. If a member misses 2 consecutive meetings, they cannot vote at the following meeting;

2. If they miss 4 consecutive meetings, then they will no longer be considered as members of the committee.

The group concurred with these recommendations and they will be presented to the Association's Board of Directors at their next meeting.
