Second San Lorenzo Master Plan -- Street Level

On the left, in the area now occupied by Lewis Rentals and Albertson's, is a 250-apartment complex and a group of 100 "town houses." A new library is shown on the plan, as that is where the San Lorenzo Village Homes Association expects the library to be built. (The location of a new library serving the Eden Area is controversial.) Another group of 40 "town houses" would be built over street-level retail stores where Wells Fargo Bank is presently located. A new Albertson's market with rooftop parking would be built at via Arriba. To the left of the market is another 100 "town houses" built over a new post office and other street-level retail stores, with some underground parking.
